Resale Flat Renovation ID & Contractors

The nesthouple bought a 4 room resale Premium flat that¬†was around 7 years old and started on our¬†hunt for an¬†ID/ contractor! Before searching for ID/contractors, we¬†engaged famous Feng Shui Master David Tong for fengshui advice for our new home so that we know what are the dos and donts (we’ll be writing on our great experience with Master David Tong subsequently!)

What we intended to do for our modern scandi renovation budgeted at $30k included:

  • Demolishing existing kitchen & toilet cabinets
  • Hacking off a part of the wall separating the common bedroom & master bedroom & sealing up of existing door frame for the common bedroom

  • Hacking and laying of floor tiles for kitchen

As for resale, you have the entire control over the flat you will purchasing.

Rendezvous Hotel Wedding Banquet Review

Rather than high rise hotel building, a hotel wedding banquet at a low floor hotel gives a nostalgic, colonial yet elegant atmosphere. Rendezvous Hotel is conveniently situated near to Bras Basah/ Dhoby Ghaut MRT stations.

Its ballroom, made up of halls Symphony I to III is able to accommodate up to 240 guests. That means a maximum of 24 tables in the ballroom, an intimate setting for you to mingle with all your guests.

There is a conspicuous pillar near the stage which will block the view of the stage for some. The ballroom has a relatively high ceiling which makes the ballroom feels more spacious than its actual capacity.
