Crowne Plaza offers a poolside solemnization 🙂 The pool is located on the 3rd floor with limited guest access. Couples will still get their privacy although the cocktail reception area is close to the hotel’s reception area as there is relatively low traffic in Crowne Plaza. For the brides, you will be glad to know that the Chengal Ballroom has a 6m tall ceiling and is pillarless. The ballroom can host up to 280 guests for a banquet. A minimum requirement of 160 guests for lunch and 200 guests for weekday dinner/ 230 guests for weekend dinner is needed. Look at how pretty the stage decor is! 
This is one of the brighter looking wedding themes they have which still fits perfectly well with the tropical-looking ballroom. Different aisle stands are also provided based on your selected theme. 
What the nesthouple really likes is the unique ceiling lights. Although there are no chandeliers like typical hotels, the ballroom still has a lovely ambience. Unlike other hotels with plain-looking walls, Crowne Plaza’s ballroom walls are printed with tree trunks where the branches extend up to join the ceiling lights. Dont you feel as though you are in a rainforest? 
Chengal Ballroom is 26m by 14m where you have the option of selecting a short or long aisle banquet layout. For the short aisle layout, the stage is set nicely in between the 2 display screens at the end of the aisle. As for the long aisle setting, both screens will be on the left of the aisle and stage.

The nesthouple did not get to try its food but has heard of good reviews for its Chinese cuisine as it comes from Imperial Treasure. You also have the options of going for its western style set dinner or international buffet. Banquet dinners start at $888++/table on weekdays and $1,068++/table on weekends.
